Lifting frame capable of being intelligently and automatically controlled
The invention discloses a lifting frame capable of being intelligently and automatically controlled. A lifting component can lift the whole device; the lifting component is mounted on a frame; a servomotor can drive a driving gear to rotate; the driving gear is movably connected with a driven gear in a gear tooth fit mode; and the driven gear is movably connected with the outer wall of a movablering. When the whole lifting frame works, a clamping device firstly positions the frame on a wall; and then the servo motor rotates to drive the driving gear to rotate; the whole lifting component canbe forced to move up and down; and then while a first hydraulic cylinder works, a first transverse column is pushed and clamped into a clamping hole pre-formed in the outer wall of the wall; and thena second hydraulic cylinder in the clamping device is driven back to a second transverse column, the clamping device is not clamped any more, and then the servo motor rotates to drive the driving gear to rotate reversely, so that the frame can be forced to move up and down; and therefore, the whole lifting frame can be smoothly lifted, the whole device runs stably, and meanwhile, the lifting effect is good.
本发明公开了一种可被智能自动控制的提升架,提升组件可以提升整个装置,提升组件安装在框架上,伺服电机可以带动主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮通过轮齿配合的方式活动连接有从动齿轮,从动齿轮与活动圈的外壁活动连接,整个提升架工作时,卡位装置先将框架定位在墙壁上,然后伺服电机转动带动主动齿轮转动,整个提升组件就会被迫上下移动,然后第一液压缸工作时推动第一横柱,第一横柱卡和到墙壁外壁预设的卡和孔中,接着卡位装置中的第二液压缸带回第二横柱,卡位装置不再卡位,然后伺服电机转动带动主动齿轮反向转动,这样框架就会被迫上下移动,这样整个提升架都能顺利的得到提升,整个装置运行平稳,同时提升效果好。
