The auxiliary guide device for concrete air bubble elimination and vibration is characterized in that a plurality of guide holes which are distributed at equal intervals in the axial direction are formed in a positioning cylinder in the radial direction; the inner walls of the guide holes are sunken inwards to form a plurality of avoidance grooves; guide wheels are arranged in the avoidance grooves; the surfaces of the guide wheels are exposed out of the avoidance grooves; anti-wear rings are arranged on the surfaces of the guide wheels; the anti-wear rings are made of rubber materials; connecting shafts are arranged at the two ends of the positioning cylinder respectively;bearings are arranged between the connecting shafts and the positioning cylinder; an arrow is arranged on the end face of the positioning cylinder; at least two fixing sleeves are arranged on the endfaces of the connecting shafts; laser pens are fixedly arranged on the at least two fixing sleeves; angle fixing plates are arranged on the connecting shafts in a sleeving mode; and one ends of the two roller frames are arranged on the connecting shafts and located between the positioning cylinder and the angle fixing plates.
