The invention discloses a combined building outer wall. The wall comprises an outer wall plate, fixing parts are pre-embedded at the top and the bottom of the middle of the outer wall plate in a central symmetry manner, and detachable auxiliary positioning pieces facilitating mounting and positioning of the outer wall plate so as to safely, stably and efficiently hoist and combine the outer wall plate for use in real time are detachably mounted on the outer wall plate through the fixing parts. The combined building outer wall is different from the prior art, so that in the real-time using process, the outer wall plate is conveniently hoisted, positioned and used in real time, and meanwhile, a traditional personnel pulling and positioning mode is abandoned; and potential safety hazards possibly brought to real-time pulling and positioning personnel due to the fact that the rope is driven to shake together in the hoisting process of the outer wall plate are effectively avoided, and real-time hoisting construction of the combined outer wall plate is more convenient and safer.
