The invention discloses an adjustable supporting frame for a building. The adjustable supporting frame comprises a supporting frame body, two sets of non-slip mats are fixedly installed at the bottomend of the supporting frame body, a first fixing base is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the top of the supporting frame body, and a hydraulic rod is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the top of the first fixing base; and a piston rod is arranged in the structure of the hydraulic rod, a second fixing base is fixedly installed at the top end of the piston rod, a supporting plate is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the top of the second fixing base, and an anti-skid groove is formed in the outer surface of the top of the supporting plate. The adjustable supporting frame for the building is provided with the supporting frame body, an auxiliary rod, a mounting table, an inserting rod, a torsional spring and a limiting body, so that on the premise that a passage is reserved, the mounting density can be increased, the supporting effect can be improved, pressure is dispersed during pressure bearing, and the occurrence rate of accidents such as cylinder explosion isreduced; and pressure bearing of the piston rod can be assisted, so that the occurrence rate of the accidents such as cylinder explosion is further reduced.
