The invention discloses a cylindrical single-ring overground and underground composite garage. The garage comprises a cylindrical space structure, and the cylindrical space structure comprises an overground part and an underground part communicating with the underground part, a lifting device, a trackless conveying mechanism and a control device; the overground part and the underground part are provided with parking layers which are vertically arranged in an aligned manner, and each parking layer is provided with a plurality of annularly-arranged parking spaces and first reference structures associated with the parking spaces; the lifting device is provided with a lifting mechanism, at least one layer of vehicle carrying platform capable of rotating in the circumferential direction, vehicle carrying places located on the vehicle carrying platform and second reference structures associated with the vehicle carrying places; and the trackless conveying mechanism is movably arranged on thevehicle carrying platform and is provided with a conveying mechanism body, a jacking device, a walking mechanism, a power mechanism and a remote control device. According to the garbage, when the jacking device is in a contraction state, the size of the trackless conveying mechanism is smaller than that of an entrance in the bottom of a vehicle to be parked and taken; and when the trackless conveying mechanism is located at the bottom of the vehicle to be parked and taken, the vehicle is jacked up through the jacking device.
