According to the adjustable stay wire hoop structure, tight attachment between the upper hoop ring and the lower hoop ring is achieved, meanwhile, tight fixation of a communication power cable is ensured, the communication power cable is prevented from shaking in the using process, and abrasion to a stay wire hoop is reduced.
