The invention discloses a window capable of purifying air and ventilating. The window comprises a window body, circular pipelines are arranged in window frames at the left side and the right side of the window body, liquid adding bins are installed at the bottoms of the pipelines, silent motors are installed at the upper portions of the pipelines, fan blades opposite in direction are arranged at the upper portions and the lower portions of spindles connected with the silent motors respectively, and the spindles of the silent motors are arranged in the pipelines. Nanoscale filter cotton is arranged at the sides, facing the pipelines, of an air outlet duct and an internal circulation air duct, and modified activated carbon is arranged at the other sides of the air outlet duct and the internal circulation air duct; through the arrangement of the air outlet duct and the internal circulation air duct, ventilation can be conducted for 24 hours, and clean and fresh air can be breathed all daylong; through the arrangement of a camera and a flash lamp, the internal and external dynamic states are monitored; the liquid adding bins are additionally arranged, fresh liquid with different tastes can be added, indoor air is purified, and a warm family is created; and used filtering materials are all detachable and washable and can be used for multiple times, so that raw materials are greatlysaved.
