The invention relates to the technical field of entrance guard gates, and discloses a face recognition gate for toll collection and ticket checking, a front camera is fixedly mounted at one end of a gate I, and a rear camera is fixedly mounted at the position, close to the other end, of the top of the gate I. The front camera and the rear camera collect face information of a person passing throughthe gate from two angles at the same time and check the face information of the person at the two angles, and the situation that a lawbreaker uses photos of other people to cheat a camera system andthen passes through the gate is avoided, wherein the lengths of the gate I and the gate II are 4 meters; and when a person passes through the gate close to one side of the front camera, the person canwalk through the gate for a certain time, and when the person follows the gate, the rear camera finds that the face of the following person is not authenticated. The gate close to one side of the rear camera is in a closed state, so that personnel in the gate cannot leave the gate, and economic loss caused by fare evasion of the personnel is avoided.
