A control box is arranged on the front side of the lifting device, and the bottom of the control box isfixedly connected with the top of the bottom plate. According to the intelligent traffic intersection control machine, through cooperation of a lifting motor, a winch, the bottom plate and the lifting device, the heights of a top mounting box, a camera assembly and a signal indicator lamp can be greatly adjusted, transfer and storage of the device are facilitated, and traffic jam caused by the fact that remote vehicles and pedestrians cannot observe the signal indicator lamp is avoided; and through cooperation of a solar power generation panel and a rotating device, the solar power generationpanel is convenient to fold and unfold, the adjustability of the device is improved, and the storage space of the device is saved.
