The invention discloses a kitchen integrated ceiling cleaning and replacing device. A rotating space is formed in the right side of a shell; a main space is formed in the left side of the rotating space; a first hydraulic groove is formed in the upper side of the main space; a second hydraulic groove is formed in the right side of the first hydraulic groove; and hydraulic oil is arranged in the first hydraulic groove and the second hydraulic groove. According to the invention, the lower side of a kitchen ceiling can be cleaned through the installed device, so that oil dirt on the lower side ofthe ceiling can be cleaned through the device without climbing; when it is found that part of the ceiling is abnormal or deforms, the replacement device is started to take down an existing buckle plate and place a new buckle plate again, so that the buckle plate is convenient to replace, and the buckle plate can be replaced at a low position without climbing devices such as ladders; and therefore, the automation degree is relatively high.
