The invention relates to the technical field of lime preparation, and in particular relates to a shaft kiln device for parallel flow calcination and countercurrent heat storage and a transformation method thereof. The device comprises a first shaft kiln and a second shaft kiln arranged on one side of the first shaft kiln; the first shaft kiln comprises a kiln body, a circulation mechanism, a combustion mechanism, a cooling mechanism, a discharging mechanism and a ventilation system. The kiln body is divided into a preheating zone, a calcining zone and a cooling zone from top to bottom; the circulation mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of the calcining zone, the combustion mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the calcining zone, the cooling mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of the cooling zone and located between the first shaft kiln and the second shaft kiln, the discharging mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the kiln body, and the ventilation system is arranged at the top of the kiln body.
