The production line comprises a gypsum bin, a lime bin, a cement clinkerbin, a first weighing belt, a second weighing belt, a third weighing belt, a first feeding belt, a ball mill, a first bucket elevator, a semi-finished product bin, a first spiral conveyor, a second bucket elevator, a finished product bin and a superfine slag powder production system, wherein the superfine slag powder production system comprises a second feeding belt, a vertical mill, a hot air furnace, an air supply system and a superfine slag powder bin, and the superfine slag powder bin and the semi-finished product bin are both communicated with the finished product bin. According to the invention, water granulated slag is independently levigated and dried during levigating of the water granulated slag, the water content in the finished product cementing powder is reduced, and gypsum,lime, cement clinker and the water granulated slag are separately levigated, so that the water granulated slag is not easy to condense in the ball mill, the grinding efficiency of the ball mill is improved, and the production efficiency of the cementing powder is further improved.
