The invention provides a soup ladle firing process which comprises the steps of adding silicon carbide and silicon nitride to porcelain powder, blending with water, repeatedly kneading a blended mud block, cutting the mud block with a fine line, checking whether bubbles exist or not after cutting, carrying out blank making on the obtained mud block, naturally drying in the shade after making a rawblank, grinding rough edges on a raw blank, carrying out finish machining and repeated glazing on the raw blank for coloring, fixing the two ends of a firing mechanism through a refractory material,placing the colored raw blank on the upper surface of the firing mechanism, and finally feeding the whole body into a kiln for firing to obtain a finished product. The soup ladle is manufactured by adopting a special buckling and burning process, the integrity of the shape is guaranteed while the working steps are saved, no through hole is formed in a grab handle when the fired soup ladle is used,meanwhile, the fired soup ladle is not influenced by the shape design during firing and can adapt to any shape, and due to the fact that the working height is reduced, the process can adapt to any kiln.
本发明提供一种汤勺的烧制工艺,包括以下步骤:首先在瓷粉中加入碳化硅及氮化硅与水调和,调和以后的泥块进行反复揉搓,之后使用细线对泥块进行切割,切割以后检查是否有气泡,将中得到的泥块进行做胚,粗胚制成以后,自然阴干,然后对粗胚上的毛糙边进行打磨,将粗坯进行精加工,重复施釉进行上色,将烧制机构的两端通过耐火材料进行固定,再将上色后的粗坯放置在烧制机构的上表面,最后将整体送入窑炉中进行烧制得到成品。采用特有的扣烧工艺来制作汤勺,在节约工作步骤的同时保证器型完整的,烧制后的汤勺在使用时握柄处没有通孔,同时在烧制时不受器型设计影响,可以适应任何造型,由于降低了工作高度,可适应任何窑炉。
