The invention provides a building concrete pouring compactor which structurally comprises a lifting supporting frame structure, an oil tank, a driving box, a diesel engine, a pushing rod frame, a rolling wheel and a transmission device. The oil tank is installed above the lifting supporting frame structure, the diesel engine is installed above the lifting supporting frame structure, and the driving box is mechanically connected with the diesel engine; and the transmission device is installed at the side end of the lifting supporting frame structure, the driving box is arranged above the lifting supporting frame structure, the left side of the pushing rod frame is connected with the right side of the lifting supporting frame structure in an electric welding manner, and the rolling wheel isinstalled below the lifting supporting frame structure. According to the building concrete pouring compactor, the lifting supporting frame structure is arranged, so that the rolling wheel can be separated from a pit quickly, and it is avoided that after the rolling wheel sinks into the pit, the rolling wheel cannot be rapidly disengaged from the pit; and by arranging a dirt scraping structure anda telescopic rod frame structure, the phenomenon that when waste residues adhere to the inner wall of the telescopic rod frame structure, when a second piston block and a sliding ring slide, an outerring is scraped off, and oil leakage is caused can be effectively avoided.
