The invention discloses a soft soil reinforcement treatment method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a circle of water-stop sheets are arranged around the edge of a soft soil zone, and hollow tubular piles are vertically arranged in the soft soil zone in rows; S2, every two adjacent rows of tubular piles serve as a unit, multiple partition plates are arranged between every two adjacent units, the multiple partition plates are connected end to end and distributed in a zigzag mode, and a row of reinforcing pieces are arranged between the two rows of tubular piles of each unit; S3, concrete is deep sprayed in each unit multiple times; and S4, geogrids, a straw layer, a steel wire net frame and graded broken stone are sequentially laid on the surface of the injected concrete from bottom to top. According to the method, the compactness of the soft soil is enhanced, and the shear strength of the soft soil is improved.
