The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a foundation fixing base for a fabricated building and a using method. The foundation fixing base comprises afirst concrete pile body and a second concrete pile body, wherein a plurality of concrete discharging holes are formed in the peripheral side of the first concrete pile body and the peripheral side ofthe second concrete pile body. According to the foundation fixing base, the device is connected with a foundation through the arrangement of distribution ribs, the space between the device and concrete is filled with concrete through a working cavity and the concrete discharging holes, therefore the stability performance of the device is greatly improved, the sinking phenomenon of the device is effectively avoided, and through the arrangement of a first connecting block and a positioning cavity, the first concrete pile body and the second concrete pile body can be easily aligned, so that theefficiency of connection work of the first concrete pile body and the second concrete pile body is greatly improved, by arranging the fixing base and a threaded sleeve, the device is formed through one-time pouring after the position of the threaded sleeve is corrected, and the phenomenon that holes are formed in the upper end of the device after foundation installation is completed is avoided.
