The invention discloses a connecting structure and a mounting method thereof. The connecting structure comprises a first main body and a second main body, wherein the two main bodies are connected through a connecting piece; the connecting piece comprises an upper extension part, a lower extension part and a clamping part arranged between the upper extension part and the lower extension part; oneextension part of the connecting piece is inserted into a hole of the first main body and is fixedly connected with the first main body; and a hole of the second main body penetrates through the otherextension part of the connecting piece, and the first main body and the second main body are connected at the clamping part. The invention further discloses the mounting method of the connecting structure. On one hand, rapid installation can be achieved, the compactness of the connecting structure can be guaranteed, the connecting strength is improved, the structure is simple, the cost is low, and the assembling efficiency is greatly improved; and on the other hand, by arranging a separable guide cover, compared with a mode that a separable guide cover is directly integrated with a connectingpiece, the size of the connecting piece can be reduced, and the guide function can be achieved.
