Heat-resistant and flame-retardant integrated rock wool board
The invention discloses a heat-resistant flame-retardant integrated rock wool board. The rock wool board comprises a base layer, a bonding layer, a rock wool layer, steel wire mesh layers, a keel layer, a leveling layer, and a composite alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh layer. The base layer is bonded with the bonding layer; the steel wire mesh layers are connected with the bonding layer and the keel layer respectively; a plurality of galvanized low-carbon steel wires are arranged in the rock wool layer, penetrate through the rock wool layer in a crossed mode, and are weld to the steel wire mesh layers at two sides; the leveling layer is connected with the keel layer and the composite alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh layer respectively; and the composite alkali-resistant glass fiber meshlayer covers the outer side of the leveling layer. On the basis of the prior art, the structure of the rock wool layer is improved by additionally arranging the galvanized low-carbon steel wires inside the rock wool layer and arranging the steel wire mesh layers at the two sides of the rock wool layer; the connecting strength of the rock wool layer and the steel wire mesh layers is improved in a welding mode; the structures of structural components of the leveling layer and the bonding layer is improved; and therefore the thermal performance and the bonding strength of the leveling layer and the bonding layer are effectively improved, and the service life of the rock wool board is effectively prolonged.
本发明公开了一种阻热阻燃一体化岩棉板,包括基层、粘接层、岩棉层、钢丝网层、龙骨层、找平层和复合耐碱玻纤网层,基层与粘接层粘接,钢丝网层分别与粘接层和龙骨层连接,岩棉层内设置有若干镀锌低碳钢丝,镀锌低碳钢丝交叉穿透岩棉层,并与两侧的钢丝网层焊接,找平层分别与龙骨层和复合耐碱玻纤网层连接,复合耐碱玻纤网层外覆于找平层的外侧,在现有技术的基础上,通过改进岩棉板的结构,在岩棉层内增设镀锌低碳钢丝,并在岩棉层两侧增设钢丝网层,利用焊接的方式使得岩棉层与钢丝网层的连接强度上升,又对找平层和粘接层的结构组分结构进行改进,从而有效提高了找平层与粘接层的热工性能和粘附强度,也即有效提高了岩棉板的使用寿命。
