The invention discloses a grouting device for fabricated construction steel bars, and relates to the technical field of engineering construction devices. The grouting device comprises a grouting sleeve, wherein a material injection opening and an excess material outlet are fixed to the two sides of the top end of the grouting sleeve respectively, access double-faced threaded rods are welded to thetwo sides of the grouting sleeve, and a grouting anti-solidification structure is fixed to the top end of the material injection opening. According to the device, the design that the grouting anti-solidification structure convenient to separate and disassemble is additionally arranged in the material injection opening of the device is adopted, so that the device is isolated from external temperature and humidity contact through structural assistance in the process of conducting internal grouting, the possibility of solidification of external slurry in the grouting process is reduced, smooth grouting is guaranteed, the device can be repeatedly disassembled and applied to the same designed structures, and through the design of an assembly type auxiliary locking and positioning structure, the device can better assist in positioning and locking the steel bars before grouting, and the situation that the final grouting forming effect is affected due to sliding of the steel bars is avoided.
