The ecological roof greening system comprises an isolation layer, a waterproof layer, an organic soil layer and a water storage and drainagelayer, wherein the isolation layer is laid on a roof plane, the waterproof layer, the water storage and drainage layer and the organic soil layer are sequentially laid on the isolation layer, and thewater storage and drainage layer is communicated with a drainage pipeline of the roof plane. Green plants are planted in the organic soil layer, a roof small ecological environment is formed, and thefunctions of conserving water, adjusting air humidity and beautifying a building can be achieved.
