The invention discloses a clamp for concrete block processing. The clamp comprises a base, a clamping structure and a matching structure, wherein the matching structure comprises a concrete mixing structure, a longitudinal moving structure, a transverse moving structure, a rotating structure and a scraper structure; the concrete mixing structure comprises a side edge supporting rod, a bottom bearing box, a concrete mixing box, a spraying pipeline and a spraying opening; the longitudinal moving structure comprises a bottom motor, a ball screw, a first fixing base, a bearing pedestal, a fixing supporting rod, a side edge sliding sleeve and a sliding rod; and the transverse moving structure comprises a transverse motor and a transverse ball screw assembly. According to the clamp, through thearrangement of the base longitudinal moving structure, a scraper and the concrete spraying structure, bricks can be automatically coated with concrete and then piled, most manual operation is avoidedin the whole process, piling can be automatically conducted, and the situation that personal safety is harmed due to the fact that the bricks are piled too high is avoided.
