The invention provides a high-density residential unit. Two parallel functional bands, namely a communication band and a functional space band, are sequentially arranged in the high-density residential unit; the communication band is located on one side in the high-density residential unit and provided with an I-shaped corridor, and the two ends of the communication band can be selectively mergedinto the functional space band for use; and the functional space band is adjacent to the communication band of the high-density residential unit and composed of 3-6 subspaces, each subspace can be provided with a functional space, such as a living room, meeting the family requirements, and at least one subspace of the functional space band is arranged to be a corridor space. When the high-densityresidential unit is applied to building an independent house, the occupied area of the house can be greatly reduced, one independent house can be built only by 39.93 square meters, and the building density of the house is greatly increased. The independent house built through the high-density residential unit is simple in moving line and complete in functional facility, and the living experience of a family is greatly improved.
