The invention discloses a chemical material storage warehouse. The chemical material storage warehouse comprises a side wall and a ceiling of the warehouse. Exhaust fans are arranged on the side wallof the warehouse. A plurality of humidity sensors for collecting indoor humidity data in real time are further arranged in the warehouse, a plurality of temperature sensors for collecting indoor temperature data in real time are further arranged in the warehouse, and a plurality of gas sensors for collecting indoor gas data in real time are further arranged in the warehouse. The humidity sensors,the temperature sensors and the gas sensors are all connected to an input end of a control device, and an output end of the control device is connected with the exhaust fans, a temperature adjusting device and an alarm in a controlling mode. The chemical material storage warehouse is low in cost, good in effect and capable of automatically controlling ventilation and heat preservation.
