A mounting block is mounted in each sliding hole, frameworks are mounted at the four corners of each mounting block, canvas is fixedly arranged between the frameworks, a water distribution ring is arranged between the upper ends of the rainwater collecting rods, and six drip irrigation nozzles which are annularly and evenly distributed arearranged at the lower end of the water distribution ring; and solar cell panels are installed at the two sides of the outer portion of the pot body, a water collecting cavity is formed in the base, and a water pump is fixedly installed at one side of the lower end of the water collecting cavity.
