A base is integrally arranged at the lower end of a pot body, a pot opening is integrally formed at the upper end of the pot body, a planting cavity is formed in the pot body, rainwater collecting rods are fixedly installed at the two sides of the pot body, the upper ends of the rainwater collecting rods extend to the upper portion of the pot opening, and sliding holes are formed at onesides of the interiors of the rainwater collecting rods. A mounting block is mounted in each sliding hole, frameworks are mounted at the four corners of each mounting block, canvas is fixedly arranged between the frameworks, a water distribution ring is arranged between the upper ends of the rainwater collecting rods, and six drip irrigation nozzles which are annularly and evenly distributed arearranged at the lower end of the water distribution ring; and solar cell panels are installed at the two sides of the outer portion of the pot body, a water collecting cavity is formed in the base, and a water pump is fixedly installed at one side of the lower end of the water collecting cavity.
