The invention discloses an in-tunnel track detection running vehicle which comprises a shell. A power cavity is formed in the shell, a power mechanism is arranged in the power cavity, wheel shafts which are symmetrical front and back are arranged in the shell in a rotating mode, and moving cavities which are symmetrical left and right and provided with downward openings are formed in the bottom end face of the shell. The wheel shafts penetrate through the inner walls of the moving cavities and are connected with the inner walls of the moving cavities in a running fit mode, wheels which are symmetrical left and right are fixedly arranged on the part, located in the moving cavities, of the wheel shafts, the wheels run on a steel rail, marking boxes which are symmetrical left and right are fixedly arranged on the left and right end faces of the shell, and marking mechanisms are arranged in the marking boxes. The in-tunnel track detection running vehicle is simple in structure and convenient to operate, automatic track detection is achieved, identification is conducted after problem points are detected, follow-up reinspection and maintenance are facilitated for workers, and labor losses and time waste are greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种隧道内轨道检测运行车,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有动力腔,所述动力腔内设有动力机构,所述壳体内转动设有前后对称的车轮轴,所述壳体底部端面上设有左右对称且开口向下的运动腔,所述车轮轴贯穿所述运动腔内壁且与之转动配合连接,所述车轮轴位于所述运动腔内的部分上固定设有左右对称的车轮,所述车轮行驶在钢轨上,所述壳体左右端面上固定设有左右对称的标记箱,所述标记箱内设有标记机构;本发明结构简单、操作便捷,实现了对轨道自动检测,在检测出问题点后进行标识,便于工作人员后续复检以及维修,极大的减少了对人工的损耗以及对时间的浪费。
