Construction method for heightening bridge pinner
The invention relates to a construction method for heightening a bridge pinner. The construction method comprises the steps of inserting a temporary cushion block between a beam body and a cover beamwhich are jacked in place; roughening the position, which is provided with the pinner, of the top of the cover beam, and exposing coarse aggregate at the top of the cover beam; building a heighteninglayer formwork of the pinner above the coarse aggregate; and carrying out concrete pouring on the heightening layer formwork of the pinner through a hydraulic grouting pump to obtain the heightened pinner obtained after the beam body is jacked. After a bridge floor is lifted, in order to achieve supporting of the bridge floor of a lifted bridge, a new pinner is arranged on the cover beam, concretepouring can be rapidly carried out through the hydraulic grouting pump, and the construction efficiency of the pinner is improved; and meanwhile, concrete pouring can be carried out by reasonably utilizing gaps around the pinner according to the position of the pinner, and the problems that the pinner operation space is narrow, and pinner pouring is difficult are solved.
本发明涉及桥梁垫石加高的施工方法,包括:在顶升到位的梁体与盖梁之间塞入临时垫块;对所述盖梁顶部设置垫石的位置进行凿毛处理,露出所述盖梁顶部的粗骨料;在所述粗骨料上方搭建垫石的加高层模板;通过液压注浆泵对所述垫石的加高层模板进行混凝土浇筑,获得所述梁体顶升后的加高的垫石。桥面抬升之后,为了实现对抬升后桥梁的桥面的支撑,在盖梁上设置新的新垫石,通过液压注浆泵能够快速地进行混凝土的浇筑,提高了垫石的施工效率,同时能够根据垫石所处的位置,合理利用垫石周边缝隙进行混凝土的浇筑,克服了垫石操作空间狭小,垫石浇筑困难的问题。
