The centralized garbage treatment device for cleaning riverways by utilizing salinity gradient energy comprises a horizontal fixing plate, wherein the front end and the rear end of the horizontal fixing plate are fixedly connected with two vertical fixing plates which are symmetrical in the front and back directions; a salvage roller rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the left side between the front vertical fixing plate and the rear vertical fixing plate; a driving conveying cylinder rotating shaft positioned at the right side of the salvage roller rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the front vertical fixing plate and the rear vertical fixing plate;and a transmission device is arranged in the rear vertical fixing plate.
