The invention discloses a material blocking wall foundation structure. The material blocking wall foundation structure comprises a foundation enclosure wall with the horizontal section arranged in a closed mode, wherein the foundation enclosure wall is located below the ground and used for supporting a material blocking wall extending upwards; and a prestress steel strand is arranged between the two opposite sides of the foundation enclosure wall and used for offsetting the horizontal acting force of blocking materials on the foundation enclosure wall. The prestress steel strand is arranged inthe material blocking wall foundation structure, the horizontal force borne by the foundation enclosure wall is effectively reduced, the anti-sliding capacity of the foundation enclosure wall is improved, the bottom area of the foundation enclosure wall is reduced, and the construction cost is greatly saved.
