The invention discloses a pipeline water column pressure water shortage judgment method for a constant-pressure water supply system. The method comprises the following steps of: setting a water shortage judgment threshold value; sampling pressure values; summarizing and calculating the sampled pressure values; comparing and judging a calculation result and the set threshold value. According to thetechnical scheme, under the condition of pipeline water column pressure, the complete water shortage state of a water inlet pipeline is judged, and when the water surface descends to reach an inlet of the water inlet pipeline during pumping of a well, the water shortage state of an air-water mixture pumped by a water pump is judged, and the water pump is stopped running in time, so that noise pollution is reduced, electric energy consumption caused by idling of the water pump and mechanical seal wear caused by high-speed running are reduced, the service life of the water pump is prolonged, and the manpower and financial resource expenses of after-sales service are reduced.
本发明公开了一种恒压供水系统有管道水柱压力缺水判定方法,包括以下步骤:设定缺水判断阈值;进行压力值采样;对采样压力值进行汇总并计算;将计算结果与设定阈值进行比较并判断。上述技术方案在有管道水柱压力情况下,对进水管路完全缺水状态进行判断,并且在抽水井的时候当水面下降到达进水管道入口处,对水泵抽进来的是否为空气水混合物时的缺水状态进行判断,及时停止水泵运转,减小了噪音污染,减少水泵空转带来的电能消耗以及高速运转带来的机械密封磨损,延长了水泵使用寿命,减少了售后服务的人力财力开支。
