The invention provides a grouting connection structure of a modular structure and a construction method thereof. The grouting connection structure comprises a lower-layer column, a lower-layer top cross beam, a lower-layer top corner piece, an upper-layer column, an upper-layer bottom cross beam, an upper-layer bottom corner piece, a connecting assembly, a high-strength bolt and a concrete grouting material, wherein a first partition plate is arranged in the lower-layer column, and a grouting hole is formed in the side wall of the lower-layer column; a second partition plate is arranged in theupper-layer column, and a slurry outlet hole is formed in the side wall of the upper-layer column; the connecting assembly comprises a connecting plate, a shear-resistant positioning cone and a connecting steel bar; the upper end of the connecting steel bar extends into the upper-layer column, and the lower end of the connecting steel bar extends into the lower-layer column; the lower-layer top corner piece is connected with the upper-layer bottom corner piece through the high-strength bolt; and a cavity between the first partition plate and the lower-layer top corner piece, the upper-layer bottom corner piece and a cavity between the upper-layer bottom corner piece and the second partition plate are filled with the concrete grouting material. According to the grouting connection structure of the modular structure and the construction method thereof, the technical problems that a traditional modular connection structure is poor in stability, high-rise modular building connection cannot be achieved, the factory completion degree is low, and the high-precision requirement of a modular building cannot be guaranteed are solved.
