The invention discloses an energy dissipation and shock absorption coupling beam structure of a coupled steel plate shear wall. The energy dissipation and shock absorption coupling beam structure comprises a rotating bolt, a rotating block, a protective cover, a sliding rail and two outer frames, wherein a telescopic block, a telescopic rod and a plurality of tension springs are arranged between the two outer frames; connecting blocks are arranged on the outer frames; the end of the telescopic rod is connected to the connecting blocks through the rotating bolt and the rotating block; fixed steel plates are arranged on the outer frames; and one end of each tension spring is connected with the fixed steel plate on one outer frame, and the other end of each tension spring penetrates through the telescopic block to be connected with the fixed steel plate on the other outer frame. The coupling beam structure has a good protection function.
