Connecting structure of assembly type wallboard and steel column
The invention discloses a connecting structure of an assembly type wallboard and a steel column. The connecting structure comprises two wall bodies and two pressing plates, wherein sliding grooves areformed in the adjacent sides of the two wall bodies, sliding blocks are connected to the inner side walls of the two sliding grooves in a sliding mode, column bodies are fixedly connected to the adjacent sides of the two sliding blocks, first through holes are formed in the upper surfaces of the column bodies, rod bodies are connected to the inner side walls of the first through holes in a sliding mode, first bevel gears are fixedly connected to the outer side walls of the rod bodies, and two second bevel gears are symmetrically meshed and connected to the outer side walls of the first bevelgears. According to the connecting structure, in the using process of the connecting structure, the column bodies only need to slide into the sliding grooves of the wall bodies through the sliding blocks, then threaded rods are rotated into threaded through holes, so that springs are extruded to push the pressing plates, then the fixing between the wall bodies and the column bodies is stabilized,the operation of the installation process between the wall bodies and the column bodies is simple, time and labor are saved, convenience is brought to workers, and then the connecting efficiency between the wallboard and the steel column is improved.
本发明公开了一种组件式墙板与钢柱的连接结构,包括两个墙体和两个压板,两个所述墙体相邻的一侧均开设有滑槽,两个所述滑槽的内侧壁均滑动连接有滑块,两个所述滑块相邻的一侧固定连接有柱体,所述柱体的上表面开设有第一通孔,所述第一通孔的内侧壁滑动连接有杆体,所述杆体的外侧壁固定连接有第一锥齿轮,所述第一锥齿轮的外侧壁对称啮合链接有两个第二锥齿轮,在本装置使用的过程中,只需将柱体通过滑块滑入墙体的滑槽中,然后将螺纹杆转入螺纹通孔中,使得挤压弹簧从而推动压板,对墙体的与柱体之间的固定进行稳固,墙体的与柱体之间安装过程操作简单,省时省力,为工作人员带来便利,从而提高墙板与钢柱之间的连接效率。
