Reinforcing mesh type floor support plate and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a reinforcing mesh type floor support plate and a mounting method thereof. The reinforcing mesh type floor support plate comprises a bottom plate, bottom plate longitudinal bars and a reinforcing mesh, wherein the bottom plate longitudinal bars are arranged at wave troughs of the bottom plate; the reinforcing mesh is arranged on wave crests of the bottom plate; the reinforcing mesh comprises transverse reinforcing steel bars and longitudinal reinforcing steel bars which are welded in a crossed manner; hooks of 180 degrees are arranged at two ends of the transverse reinforcing steel bars; the width of an extending plate on one side or two sides of each transverse reinforcing steel bar is used for transversely connecting floors to form a whole; one end or two ends ofeach longitudinal reinforcing steel bar extend out of the edge of the bottom plate and are used for longitudinally connecting the floors to form a whole; the bottom plate is a closed floor support plate and is made of a galvanized plate; the bottom plate longitudinal bars are fixed at the wave troughs in a welding manner; and one end or two ends of each bottom plate longitudinal bar extend out ofthe edge of the bottom plate. The reinforcing mesh type floor support plate can replace a steel bar truss floor support plate and the closed floor support plate, and field reinforcement and steel barbinding work is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种钢筋网式楼承板及其安装方法,它包括底板、底板纵筋和钢筋网,底板纵筋设于底板的波谷,钢筋网设于底板的波峰上;钢筋网包括横向钢筋和纵向钢筋,它们交叉焊接设置;横向钢筋的两端是具有180°的弯钩,横向钢筋一侧或两侧伸出板宽用于楼板横向之间相互连接形成整体;纵向钢筋一端或两端伸出底板边部,用于楼板纵向连接形成整体;底板为闭口型楼承板,采用镀锌板制成;底板纵筋采用焊接方式固定在波谷,底板纵筋的一端或两端伸出底板边部。本发明可以替换钢筋桁架楼承板及闭口型楼承板,大幅度减少现场配筋及钢筋绑扎工作。
