The invention discloses an adjustable mounting structure of a modular suspended ceiling beam. The structure comprises a shell, wherein a fourth plate body and a third plate body are slidably connectedto the upper surface of the shell, two second through grooves are symmetrically formed in the upper surface of the shell, sliding blocks are welded to the lower surface of the fourth plate body and the lower surface of the third plate body correspondingly, and the lower surfaces of the sliding blocks are slidably connected to the interiors of the two second through grooves. The third plate body and the fourth plate body are pulled to slide on the upper surface of the shell, a second plate body slides to the position between the fourth plate body and the third plate body, the third plate bodyand the fourth plate body are loosened, the second plate body and a first plate body are clamped and fixed through deformation of first springs, meanwhile, a groove body slides into a first through groove, a first fixing block slides into the groove body, a worker enables a first rod body to penetrate through a second through hole, a third through hole and a fourth through hole, therefore the third plate body and the fourth plate body are fixed, and installation is completed.
