The invention discloses a fabricated wallboard with a moisture-proof effect, and relates to the technical field of wallboards. The fabricated wallboard comprises a board body, a panel, a middle layerand a mounting base plate, wherein the board body is of a spliced structure and comprises the panel, the middle layer and the mounting base plate; the panel, the middle layer and the mounting base plate are sequentially connected from left to right; and the panel, the middle layer and the mounting base plate are fixed through fastening bolts. According to the fabricated wallboard, through the mounting base plate and a heating device structure, moisture condensed on a wall and moisture in air can be conveniently heated and dried, and the wallboard is prevented from being affected with damp; through the middle layer structure, moisture from the outer side of the wall is absorbed, the wallboard is further prevented from being affected with damp through the double effects, and the service lifeof the wallboard is prolonged; through a buckling groove and threaded hole structure, the wallboard can be conveniently mounted on the wall and dismounted; and meanwhile, the panel, the middle layerand the mounting base plate can be conveniently separated by dismounting the fastening bolts, filler can be conveniently supplemented, and the usability and flexibility of the wallboard are improved.
