Steel structure column
The invention provides a steel structure column. The steel structure column comprises a column core part, a plurality of arc-shaped flange plates, a support and a column bottom plate, wherein the column core part comprises a bearing plate and two webs connected to the two opposite sides of the bearing plate correspondingly; the inner sides of the multiple arc-shaped flange plates are connected tothe lower portions of the webs and the lower portion of the bearing plate correspondingly, and a construction joint is formed between every two adjacent arc-shaped flange plates; a through penetratinghole is formed in the support, the upper portion of the column core part is inserted into the penetrating hole, and the bottom of the support is connected to the multiple arc-shaped flange plates; and the column bottom plate is connected to the lower portion of the column core part in a supported mode. According to the steel structure column, the problem that an existing steel column structure with a round pipe column internally provided with a through-strip cross-shaped stiffening plate cannot weld a main body weld joint due to the narrow welding space of the existing steel column structureis solved.
本发明提供了一种钢结构柱,包括:柱芯件,包括支承板和分别连接于所述支承板的相对两侧的两腹板;多块弧形翼缘板,多块所述弧形翼缘板的内侧分别连接于所述腹板的下部和所述支承板的下部,相邻的两所述弧形翼缘板之间形成有施工缝;支座,所述支座的内部形成有贯通的穿孔,所述柱芯件的上部插设于所述穿孔中,所述支座的底部连接于多块所述弧形翼缘板;以及柱底板,支撑连接于所述柱芯件的下部。本发明解决了现有的由圆管柱内设通条十字加劲板的钢柱结构,由于其施焊空间狭小无法对主体焊缝进行焊接的问题。

The invention provides a steel structure column.
