The balcony railing embedded part comprises a base block, a connecting rod arranged on the base block, a movable block arranged on the connecting rod in a sleeving mode and a railing fixing assembly installed at the upper end of the connecting rod, wherein an upper internal thread and a lower internal thread are formed in the upper surface of the base block, the lower end of the connecting rod is in threaded connection with the lower internal thread, and a sealing assembly is installed on themovable block and the connecting rod jointly; and the sealing assembly comprises a sealing ring fixedly arranged on the connecting rod in a sleeving mode, an annular rubber sheet fixed to the upper surface of the base block and a threaded column fixed to the bottom face of the base block, and the sealing ring is made of a water swelling material. In the balcony railing embedded part and the embedded construction process thereof, after a worker screws the threaded column through the movable block, the movable block is matched with the base block and fully abuts against the annular rubber sheet, so that a gap between the movable block and the base block is fully filled with the annular rubber sheet, the probability that water permeates from the gap between the movable block and the base block and the threads at the lower end of the connecting rod are rusted is reduced, and the service life of the connecting rod is prolonged.
