The invention provides a splicing installation structure of a fabricated wallboard. The structure comprises a wall surface base layer; a plurality of veneers are installed on the wall surface base layer; first connecting parts are connected with the wall surface base layer; a second connecting part is arranged between every two adjacent veneers; at least two first clamping grooves are respectivelyformed at two opposite ends of each of the second connecting parts; the first clamping grooves are formed in the length direction of the second connecting parts; the veneers are clamped in the firstclamping grooves; a second clamping groove is formed in one side of each of the second connecting parts; and the first connecting parts are clamped in the second clamping grooves. According to the splicing installation structure of the fabricated wallboard, the problems that during the installation of the wood veneers, splicing seams are uneven, unsmooth and unattractive, splicing receiving openings are loosened and disengaged, and time and labor are wasted during installation can be effectively solved.
