The panel comprises a mounting frame plate and a decorative plate, wherein a first lifting rod is mounted on the bottom surface of the mounting frame plate, a first mounting sleeve column is connected to one end of the first lifting rod, a damping springis connected to the bottom surface of the first mounting sleeve column, a fixed base is connected to one end of the damping spring, a storage groove is formed in the upper surface of the mounting frame plate, a sliding rod is arranged in the storage groove, a positioning groove is formed in one surface of the sliding rod, a positioning block is arranged on one surface of the sliding block, a second mounting sleeve column is mounted on the upper surface of the sliding block, and a second lifting rod is arranged on the upper surface of the second mounting sleeve column. By arranging the first lifting rod, the height of the mounting frame plate is conveniently adjusted; by arranging the damping spring, the damping capacity of equipment is improved; by arranging the positioning block and the positioning groove, the decorative plate can be conveniently positioned during installation; and by arranging the second lifting rod, the height of the decorative plate is conveniently adjusted.
