In the using process, the height of a push handle is adjusted according to the using habit of a user, a sixth plate body slides to the proper height in a fifth plate body, then a bolt is inserted into a corresponding threaded through hole in the sixth plate body, and height adjustment of the push handle is completed, so that operation of workers is reduced, and the working efficiency of the workers is improved.
