The invention provides a simple formwork supporting and integral pouring method for a large-depth elevator shaft and a water collecting well in a building bottom plate. The simple formwork supportingand integral pouring method is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, an elevator shaft inner supporting structure and a formwork (1) are manufactured through a processing plant, andthe section of the formwork is square; b, a steel pipe with the diameter being 800mm is selected as the diameter of a steel cylinder (3); c, the bottom plate and steel bars around the shaft are boundaccording to a design drawing, and the thickness of a protective layer is reserved; d, concrete is poured from the steel cylinder (3) firstly; and e, when the strength of the concrete meets the formwork removing requirement, a telescopic supporting rod (2) is adjusted, the steel cylinder (3) is hoisted out, and then the formwork is removed. The simple formwork supporting and integral pouring method has the advantages that a formwork supporting device is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, the problems of flexible adjustment of inner supports with different section sizes, floating resistance of the formwork in the shaft, leakage and vibration prevention of the concrete at the bottom of the shaft and the like are solved, the time and cost for removing the supports and the formwork in the shaft are greatly reduced, mounting and dismounting operation is flexible, easy and convenient, the construction progress is accelerated, turnover is convenient, and the cost is reduced.
一种建筑底板内大深电梯井和集水井简便支模及整体浇筑方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、采用加工厂制作电梯井内支撑结构和模板①,模板截面呈正方形,b、钢筒③的直径选用直径800mm钢管,c、按设计图纸绑扎底板及井四周钢筋且预留保护层厚度,d、浇筑混凝土时先从钢筒③内浇筑,e、待混凝土强度符合拆模要求时,调节伸缩支撑杆②并将钢筒③吊出,然后拆除模板。本发明具有模板支设装置结构简单、制作方便,解决了不同截面尺寸内部支撑灵活调节、井内模板抗浮及井底混凝土防漏振等问题,大大降低井内支撑和模板拆除时间及费用,安拆操作灵活简便,加快施工进度,方便周转和节约成本的优点。
