The device comprises a tail plate assembly, a sliding sheet assembly and a luggage assembly, wherein the tail plate assembly is composed of a tail plate, clamping columns, spring supporting columns and a clamping hook, the luggage assembly is composed of an outer plate and a mounting plate, the sliding sheet assembly is composed of a sliding sheet, a lock, a buckle and a spring, the lock is mounted at one side of the sliding sheet, a screw hole is formed in the surface of the sliding sheet, the buckle is fixedlyconnected with the sliding sheet through a screw, and the spring is movably mounted at the other side of the sliding sheet.
