The invention discloses an adjustable assembly type television background wall decorating surface. The adjustable assembly type television background wall decorating surface comprises a first fixing plate; a first hole groove is formed in one side of the first fixing plate; two second sliding rails are installed on the two sides in the first hole groove; and a sixth slider is slidably connected inthe second sliding rails. In use of the device, a fourth slider is clamped into a fourth sliding rail to slide in the fourth sliding rail; and a television is installed on a third fixing plate by matching threaded holes with screws and other parts. During installation, a fourth fixing plate is squeezed, so that the fourth fixing plate pushes a limiting plate to squeeze a fixing block; a fourth clamping block is driven to be separated from a fourth clamping groove; and the position of the limiting plate is fixed with a U-shaped plate. In the device, when a first sliding rail needs to be cleaned, the fixing of the U-shaped plate to the limiting plate can be relieved simply by pulling a fixing ring, and then the television, the fourth slider and other parts can be disassembled together; andthe situation that the first sliding rails is blocked to result in that the position of the television cannot be adjusted.
