Fixing device suitable for embedded sensor of cement concrete pavement and installation method
The invention relates to a fixing device suitable for an embedded sensor of a cement concrete pavement and an installation method. A sensor fixing clamp and a to-be-measured concrete slab are subjected to cooperative deformation under the traction of a cantilever screw, the sensor acquires a strain signal of deformation of the to-be-measured concrete slab, and monitoring of the internal conditionof the to-be-measured concrete slab is realized. By adopting the fixing device, direct damage of pavement paving construction to the sensor can be avoided, the survival rate of the sensor is improved,and the service life of the sensor is prolonged; when the sensor is installed and replaced, the operation is simple, convenient, feasible, time-saving and labor-saving, and modular production and usecan be realized; and the influence of sensor burying on the pavement structure to be measured can be eliminated, the accuracy of a sensor monitoring result is improved, and the fixing device has an important practical engineering significance for improving the internal monitoring technical level of the pavement paving structure.
本发明涉及一种适用于水泥混凝土路面内埋传感器的固定装置及安装方法,传感器固定夹具在悬臂螺杆的牵引下与待测混凝土板发生协同变形,传感器获取待测混凝土板变形的应变信号,实现对待测混凝土板内部状况的监测,采用该固定装置,可避免路面铺筑施工对传感器的直接破坏,提高传感器存活率,延长传感器使用寿命;安装和更换传感器时,简便易行,省时省力,可模块化生产使用;并可消除传感器埋设对待测路面结构的影响,提高传感器监测结果的准确性,对提高路面铺装结构内部监测技术水平具有重要的实际工程意义。
