The invention discloses a full-prefabricated lossless disassembly and assembly type decoration construction method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: performing parameterizationdesign based on BIM; carrying out informatization management on components; according to the part list, prefabricating and processing each part in a factory; packaging the prefabricated parts, transporting the packaged parts to a construction site, and hoisting the packaged parts to corresponding positions; carrying out full-assembly dry construction on site, wherein all the components are detachably connected; and checking the quality. The method has the beneficial effects that the decoration design difficulty is reduced, three-dimensional display is achieved, and automatic splitting is achieved; all the structures are physically connected, so that reverse dismounting and quick resetting are realized while mounting is facilitated, and renovation or maintenance is facilitated; the efficiency of on-site installation and construction is improved, and wet operation is not needed in full-dry construction.
