The invention discloses a dry-mixed mortar stirring and discharging device for a high-rise building. The dry-mixed mortar stirring and discharging device comprises a dry-mixed mortar hopper, a conveying pipe and a floor discharging pipe, wherein the dry-mixed mortar hopper is arranged on a roof; a feeding port of the conveying pipe is connected with a discharging port of the dry-mixed mortar hopper; a valve is installed on the lower portion of the conveying pipe; the conveying pipe is provided with a discharging port; a feeding port of the floor discharging pipe is connected with the discharging port of the conveying pipe; and the discharging port of the floor discharging pipe is used for being connected with a feeding port of a stirrer. The invention further discloses a dry-mixed mortar stirring station. The dry-mixed mortar stirring and discharging device is simple in structure, low in cost, high in efficiency, free of occupied land and environmentally friendly.
