Composite building material plate for buildings
The invention relates to the technical field of building plates, particularly to a composite building material plate for buildings. The composite building material plate comprises a base material plate, a waterproof layer and a bamboo surface plate. According to invention, the waterproof layer is arranged on the outer layer of the base material plate, so that water and moisture in a cement floor can be effectively prevented from corroding the interior of the plate; a bamboo surface plate is used as a plate cover, and is subjected to carbonization processing treatment, so that the bamboo surface plate can be prevented from being eaten and rotted by insects; and light calcined magnesia, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, magnesium chloride, styrene-butadiene latex, closed-cell perlite, kaolin,a coupling agent, bamboo fibers and a proper amount of pure water are used as manufacturing raw materials of the building material plate, so that the process is simple, the water resistance and corrosion resistance are greatly improved, the heat conductivity coefficient is low, the heat preservation performance is improved, the performance defects of a traditional building material plate are overcome, the problems of product halogenation and moisture absorption are avoided, and the method is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域，尤其为一种建筑用复合建材板，包括基材板、防水层和竹材面板。本发明中，通过在基材板外层设置防水层，可有效阻止水泥地板内的水分、潮气向板内侵蚀，通过使用竹材面板作为板材封面，其中，竹材面板通过碳化加工处理，可防止竹材面板本身被虫食、腐坏，通过使用轻烧氧化镁、七水硫酸镁、氯化镁、丁苯胶乳、闭孔珍珠岩、高岭土、偶联剂、竹纤维、纯水适量作为建材板的制作原料，工艺简单，耐水耐腐蚀性能大大提高，导热系数较低，提高了其保温性能，弥补了传统建材板的性能缺陷，避免出现产品返卤、吸潮的问题，适宜推广使用。
