Anti-skid polyurethane support pad and production method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-skid polyurethane support pad, which comprises a steel plate and polyurethane, and is characterized in that the surface of the polyurethane is provided with a first anti-skid structure formed by an anti-friction material, and the friction coefficient of the anti-friction material is greater than that of the polyurethane; or a plurality of second anti-skid structuresformed by processing polyurethane on the surface are distributed and arranged, and the shapes of the second anti-skid structures are convex points, concave points, convex strips, grooves and the like. Various anti-skid structures are constructed on the surface of the support pad, various reinforcing schemes are constructed from the two aspects of high-friction-force materials and anti-skid shapes, machining and manufacturing are easy, applicability is good, and therefore the problem that an existing support pad and a bridge or a building structure are prone to slipping and falling off is solved, and the engineering anti-skid requirement is met. Because the anti-skid structure is connected with the bottom of a bridge or a building structure, the anti-skid phenomenon is not easy to occur, and the structural safety is ensured; particularly, when an earthquake occurs, the situations of slippage, falling and the like of the support are avoided, and the shock insulation effect can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,包括钢板和聚氨酯,其特征在于:聚氨酯的表面设置有由抗摩擦材料形成的第一抗滑结构,抗摩擦材料的摩擦系数大于聚氨酯的摩擦系数;或者分布设置有多个由表面的聚氨酯加工而成第二抗滑结构,其形状为凸点、凹点、凸条、凹槽等。在支撑垫表面构造了多种抗滑结构,并从高摩擦力材料及抗滑形状两方面,构造了多种增强方案,加工制造简单,适用性良好,从而解决了现有的支撑垫与桥梁或建筑结构之间易打滑和脱落的问题,满足了工程抗滑的需求。由于与桥梁粱底或建筑结构等通过抗滑结构进行连接,因此不易出现打滑现象,保证了结构安全;尤其当发生地震时,避免了支座滑移、脱落等情况,能起到隔震作用。
