The invention relates to a light telegraph pole and a production process thereof. The light telegraph pole comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of an aggregate formingagent, 50-60 parts of concrete stone and 10-20 parts of water. The aggregate forming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 25 parts of alkaline residues, 35 to 45 parts of steel slag, 3 to 6 parts of waste gypsum molds, 30 to 35 parts of a cementing material and 0 to 1.5 parts of an additive. The concrete stone comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of alkaline residues, 50-60 parts of a cementing material and 25-35 parts of granulated blast furnace slag or steel slag. The light telegraph pole is superior to commercially availableproducts in the aspects of surface cracks, slurry leakage, local bumping, inner and outer surface rib exposure, inner surface concrete collapse, honeycombs, pitted surfaces, sticky skin, and distances between a joint steel plate ring groove and a concrete end face, and is excellent in comprehensive performance. The production process is easy to control, simple and convenient to implement, and beneficial to large-scale production.
本发明涉及一种轻质电线杆及其生产工艺。所述轻质电线杆包括如下重量份的原料:骨料成型剂20~25份、砼石50~60份和水10~20份。其中骨料成型剂包括如下重量份的原料:碱渣15~25份,钢渣35~45份,废石膏模3~6份,胶凝材料30~35份,添加剂0~1.5份;砼石包括如下重量份的原料:碱渣10~20份、胶凝材料50~60份、粒化高炉矿渣或钢渣25~35份。所述轻质电线杆在表面裂缝,漏浆,局部碰伤,内、外表面露筋,内表面混凝土塌落,蜂窝,麻面、粘皮,接头钢板圈坡口至混凝土端面距离方面均表现出高于市售产品的水平,综合性能优异;所述制备方法工艺易控,方法简便,有利于规模化生产。
