The invention discloses a preparation method of sintered high-density zirconium dioxide ceramic for a sliding plate brick. The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps: S01, carrying out vacuum sintering on zirconium dioxide ceramic for carburization; S02, stabilizing the zirconium dioxide ceramic by using a composite stabilizer; S03, sintering a zirconium dioxide ceramic insert; and S04, quenching forming of the zirconium dioxide ceramic insert. According to the preparation method of the zirconium dioxide ceramic, through a vacuum carburizing and sintering method, the prepared zirconium dioxide ceramic sliding plate insert has better high-temperature molten steel wettability, and due to the fact that carbon permeates into the micropores and surface of the zirconium dioxide ceramic insert for adhesion, it is ensured that the zirconium dioxide ceramic sliding plate insert has better high-temperature self-lubricating performance, melt life can be obviously prolonged,the diameter expansion rate of a cast hole is reduced, great contribution is made to reduction of the production cost of steel per ton, the strength and the ageing resistance of the zirconium oxide ceramic insert are also enhanced, and the zirconium oxide ceramic insert can be kept in a stable state for a long time.
本发明公开了一种用于滑板砖的烧结高密度二氧化锆陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:S01:真空烧结氧化锆陶瓷进行渗碳;S02:复合稳定剂对氧化锆陶瓷进行稳定;S03:烧结氧化锆陶瓷嵌件;S04:氧化锆陶瓷嵌件淬火成型。本发明中,该二氧化锆陶瓷的制备方法通过真空渗碳烧结的方法,使得制备的二氧化锆陶瓷滑板嵌件具有更好的耐高温钢液浸润性,由于碳渗入到氧化锆陶瓷嵌件的微气孔及表面附着,确保氧化锆陶瓷滑板嵌件更具有高温自润滑性能,可以明显的提升炉次寿命,缩小铸孔的扩径率,为吨钢的生产成本下降做出较大的贡献,也增强了氧化锆陶瓷嵌件自身的强度和抗老化性能,使得氧化锆陶瓷嵌件能够长时间的保持稳定的状态。
